Kundalini Kriya Yoga, Meditation and Gong Bath
Friday, 12 October 2018, 7.30-8.40pm.
Kundalini Kriya Yoga is a seated practice consisting of mainly reciting  specific Sanskrit mantras to cleanse and energise the chakras leaving you feeling calm and refreshed. Approximate time: Kundalini Kriya Yoga 30 mins, Meditation 10 mins, Gong Bath 30 mins.

SOUND BATH with Tibetan Singing Bowls & Gong
Fridays, 7.30-8.30pm, every month.
Next date: 26 October 2018 

8 per session. Pre-booking necessary. 24 hour cancellation notice or full fee is payable. Please arrive 5 minutes early because no entry after the session has started.

Experience the positive and powerful healing and relaxing energies of the sound bath with Gong & Tibetan Singing Bowls. Just lie down and immerse yourself into the sound tapestry.

SOUND WORKSHOP with Tibetan Singing Bowls

Sound Workshop if you would like to explore further the experience of Tibetan Singing Bowls and gain a deeper understanding.

Sound Massage with Tibetan Singing Bowls: 1hr/30
Colon Cleansing: 25 for short colon cleanse; and 40 for long colon cleanse.

Please Note: Yoga is practised on an empty stomach, so please leave a gap of 3-4 hours after your last meal. Bring, or change into, loose, clean & comfortable clothes such as T-shirts & tracksuit bottoms. Bring warm clothes for final relaxation (sweatshirt, blanket). Yoga mats & blankets are available for students to use.

The Chaithanya Yoga School is home to yoga principles. Please respect the following:

- Refrain from bringing meat, fish, eggs or alcohol on the premises.

- Please wear clean clothes, including clean socks.

- Please take off your shoes in the porch, and place them on the shoe rack.
