Devoting a whole week to the various yoga practices allows you to have space outside your daily routine. Immersing yourself in yoga practices will help to strengthen you on all levels (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) and you will feel energised and inspired at the end of the stay. After such a stay you may perceive your life choices in a different light and may want to incorporate life enhancing changes. Kamal is providing this space for her yoga students and their referrals.
