Yoga Tuition: There are plenty of reasons why people choose to have private yoga tuition. Some of Kamal’s private students prefer to be taught in the comfort of their own home. Some students do not like to be taught in a group, while other students like to have 100 % of the teacher’s attention devoted to them, while others need to have a programme tailored to them if they are getting over an illness. In a private setting Kamal arranges the class to the specific need and wishes of the student and advises on lifestyle changes.

Kundalini Kriya Yoga: Swami Atmachaithanya has given us this practice to cleanse the chakras, to remove negative states of mind & feelings, to increase the energy & vibrational level, to be able to go faster into the inner silence of meditation. The practice consists of chanting ancient vedic mantras and ultimately leads to the unfolding of the Shakti energy within. It has the power to transform one's life. You can easily incorporate this practice in your daily life. The practice can be as short as 15 minutes or extended to 30 minutes.
Sree Chaithanya Siddhi Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation: Swami Atmachaithanya has given us this practice. It contains some of the elements of His "Kundalini Kriya Yoga" as well as Hasta (Hand) Mudras on Chakras, Pranayama and Meditation. Here again, as with the Kundalini Kriya Yoga, the time spend on the daily practice is variable, e.g. 1 hour, 30 minutes or 15-20 minutes. The time options makes it easy for anyone wishing to practice this teaching to stick to a daily practice, and therefore gaining the accumulative effect of the teaching.
