  • PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN HEALING WITH TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS, YOGA AND PRANAYAMA (BREATHING TECHNIQUES), Content Outline: Using the Sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls as a Holistic Therapy, for Wellness and Relaxation - Treatment of various Ailments with Sound, Yoga and Pranayama - Sound Treatment of Aura and Chakras - Sound Meditation. The Training is certified by the Sree Chaithanya Institute, India. The sound of these therapy bowls can be applied in a wide variety of situations, for example: Wellness, Healing & Self-Healing, Physiotherapy & Massage, Pregnancy & Birth, Addictions (drugs/alcohol), Before/after operations, strokes, burn-out symptoms.
  • COLON CLEANSING: One-to-one or in groups of 2-10 people.
    An easy safe, natural, cheap, non-intrusive, pleasant and time-tested method. After the workshop you can do subsequent colon cleanses in your own home. Alongside a nutrient-rich diet colon cleansing is highly beneficial. The average person carries 5-7 kg impacted waste in their colon.

    Short colon cleanse: It involves alternating drinking a mild salt water solution with specific yoga exercises performed dynamically to push the solution through the digestive system. The practice takes about 15-30 minutes. When you go home allow 1.5 hours for bowel movements.  Can be performed once a month or bi-monthly or more often.
    Long colon cleanse: same practice for longer followed by rest and specially prepared food, plus diet restriction for 2 weeks. Takes about 3 hours; relaxing for the remainder of the day. Performed twice a year.

    Fee: 25  (one to one) or 20 per person in groups of 2-10 people (Short colon cleanse)
    35 (one to one) or 30 per person in groups of 2-10 people (long colon cleanse)

    SATSANG  Kundalini Kriya Yoga. 20-30 minutes Meditation, followed by Healing Meditation and peace mantras. Bhajans (Chanting). Satsang connects you to pure, high vibrations & gives you energy, clarity and a feeling of contentment and peace.
